Vincenzo "Enzo" Luongo

Vincenzo "Enzo" Luongo, age 82, passed away peacefully in his home on December 18, 2022, with the people most dear to him. Born in Eboli, Italy, Enzo moved to the United States and proudly became a U.S. Citizen. He resided in Mastic Beach for fifty-five years. He loved going to the beach, riding his Trikke, and strolling around the neighborhood. As he grew older, he spent his days enjoying the warm weather, sitting on the porch and greeting his neighbors. He loved spending time with family and friends and sharing stories of his childhood. Enzo was a Welder, working from the time he was 12 years old until he retired at the age of 75. More than anything, he loved working and took great pride in his work.
