Jacqueline "Jacky" McCormick

Jacqueline "Jacky" McCormick of Shirley, NY, passed away on June 17, 2022. Born in Brookhaven. NY she was the daughter of the Late Sarah Jane McKenna and the Late John Albert Bartscherer. Jacky attended William Floyd High School and was retired from Seneca Sachem School District where she was employed as a Custodial Engineer. Unlike her daughters, she was an outstanding and excellent cook, but her son will follow in her cooking footsteps. Jacky most enjoyed going to the beach, spending time with her grandchildren and great
grandchildren. She was a huge pillar in her community; volunteering her time to a Thrift Store and a huge advocate and roll model for Alcoholics Anonymous.

She is a beloved Mom, Nanny, Grandma, Sister and Friend. Not only loved by her family, but by many of her friends she called and considered family.

Jacky is survived by her sister; Patti Bartscherer, daughters; Corinna (Paul) Lentini-Gerdes. Suzanne Lentini (Fiance Joe Duarte), son; Robby (Cristen) Lentini. grandchildren; Kevin Reynolds, Roger (fiance - Brianna Zaleski) Gerdes, Dustin Gerdes. Thomas (wife - Britney) Lentini, lan Dunn, Sarah Gerle, Kayla Dunn, Gregory Link, Sadie Catalano, Mason Lentini, and great grandchildren: Cameron Dunn, Aiden Garay, Itachi Garay, Zachary Lentini and Alyric Jean-Pierre.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2022 from 2pm - 4pm and 7pm - 9pm at Davin's Funeral Home, 1 Old Montauk Highway, Mastic, NY 11950.
