Everett M. Rushford, Jr.

Everett Mark Rushford, Jr., age 65, passed away on January 08, 2020 at Long Island Community Hospital, Patchogue.  Born in Boston, Massachusetts and resident of Mastic for fourteen years, Everett was a Sales Representative with MRS in New Jersey and proudly served in the United States Army. He liked to spend time riding his motorcycle and going to the shooting range. He enjoyed watching the History and Military channels, Everett was a sponge for knowledge; always looking to improve himself and gain more knowledge about anything and everything he could, and share that knowledge with others. Everett is survived by his wife of nineteen years; Karen and daughter; Ashley.  Family and friends will gather for visitation on Sunday, January 12, 2020, between the hours of 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Jude's R C Church, Mastic Beach at 11am on January 13, 2020. Interment with Full Military Honors will follow at Calverton National Cemetery.
